This resource shares “Tips for Survivor-Informed Supervision.” It was created by a survivor of labor trafficking and provides management-level staff with an overview of supporting survivors through supervision. By dedicating to trauma-informed supervision practices, prioritizing physical and emotional safety, checking biases, and dismantling internal power structures, agency leaders will promote sustainable office environments. If more agencies commit to considerate support and supervision, the field will empower more survivor leaders.
